We are always in search of top talent to help sell our unique product to Minneapolis/St Paul homeowners. We have a growing number of requests for our service and need to hire to meet the demand we’re experiencing. As a BLUE Project Advisor you’ll be doing B2C Sales, meeting with our customers in-person at their home to plan their perfect paint job, pitch the service, and close the job. We currently close 40-50% of our appointments on average.

Half of your job would be completing preset appointments, and the other half would be prospecting for new business. Because this position is so crucial to our company’s success, we invest a lot time developing our Project Advisors. You’ll gain skills that won’t only help you in your role but also help you grow as a person. Things you will learn:

• How to effectively position yourself in a sale
• Negotiation tactics
